To help our clients optimize time and costs, we offer Protective Agency services at all Indonesian ports. Operating independently, we do not act as General Agents for any Indonesian exporters or importers, ensuring a conflict-free service.
Full-Time Support, Real-Time Reporting
Our experienced boarding agents remain onboard from arrival to departure, adhering strictly to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We provide real-time daily activity reports, offering transparency and verifying the accuracy of reports—safeguarding our clients’ interests. Additionally, we offer a range of extended services, including grab arrangements, bunker surveys, crew and husbandry services, port captain support, and marine supply.
